Investors like Ayala Land Inc. is known by their big projects in the past few years not only in Davao City but also nationwide. They are planning to launch their second estate called Azuela Cove before end of this year.
Azuela Cove will be a 25-hectare project touted as Davao’s prime waterside lifestyle, business and residential district that will be located in Lanang, Davao City. It will be developed by Aviana Development Corp. and a joint venture between Ayala Land and the Alcantara Group. The overall landscape experience is divided into three well defined zones – the urban gateway park, the central valley park and finally the waterfront park.
